- 1 14.5 oz can fire-roasted tomatoes
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/4 white onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 jalapeno seeded
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/4 orange juiced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- In a blender or a food processor, add all ingredients. Chopping the ingredients beforehand is not necessary. Gently pulse until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Add more salt to taste. Serve with chips, tacos bowls, and more!
