The Best Homemade Peach Salsa: Salsa is one of my favorite things to add to tacos bowls, eat as a snack, or even with breakfast foods! This summer, I decided to try to make my own and I found out it’s so incredibly easy and absolutely delicious. This salsa is made with fire-roasted tomatoes, ripe peaches, jalapenos, garlic, onions, cilantro, and more!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14.5 oz can fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/4 white onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeno seeded
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 orange juiced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or a food processor, add all ingredients. Chopping the ingredients beforehand is not necessary. Gently pulse until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Add more salt to taste. Serve with chips, tacos bowls, and more!

Store in a canning or mason jar in the fridge for up to 7 days.
