This summer, I decided to try to make my own and I found out it’s so incredibly easy and absolutely delicious. This salsa is made with fire-roasted tomatoes, ripe peaches, jalapenos, garlic, onions, cilantro, and more!

- 2 ripe peaches
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/4 white onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 jalapeno seeded
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/4 orange juiced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a blender or a food processor, add all ingredients. Chopping the ingredients beforehand is not necessary. Gently pulse until it reaches your desired consistency.
