Ingredients

  • cups oats
  • 1/3 cup protein powder chocolate or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • splash almond milk or water
  • 40 grams chocolate chips or crushed cacao bar

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together dry oats, protein powder, cacao, and cinnamon. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract and mix together until everything starts to come together. Add chocolate chips if you want! The mixture will be very dry at this point.
  • Add a splash of almond milk or water, and mix together until a dough forms. Be careful not to add too much liquid, you can always add more if needed. The dough should come together in your hands and won't be dry.
  • Use a cookie scoop or your hands to roll into 1 inch balls. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
