Equipment

  • Muffin Liners

Ingredients

  • 200 grams dark chocolate I use Lindt 85% dark or Lily's
  • 3/4 cup peanut or almond butter
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add the dark chocolate pieces and coconut oil. Microwave (or use the double boiler method) for about 2 minutes or until fully melted.
  • Line a muffin tin with liners. Pour in a thin layer of melted chocolate, leaving enough chocolate left for a top layer.
  • In a separate bowl, melt the peanut butter by microwaving (or double boiler method) for about 1 minute. Stir and pour on top of the first chocolate layer. Add a second layer of chocolate, or leave them as is. Optional: top with some flakey sea salt!
  • Let the cups fully chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until fully solid!
