200gramsdark chocolateI use Lindt 85% dark or Lily's
3/4cuppeanut or almond butter
2tspcoconut oil
Instructions
In a small bowl, add the dark chocolate pieces and coconut oil. Microwave (or use the double boiler method) for about 2 minutes or until fully melted.
Line a muffin tin with liners. Pour in a thin layer of melted chocolate, leaving enough chocolate left for a top layer.
In a separate bowl, melt the peanut butter by microwaving (or double boiler method) for about 1 minute. Stir and pour on top of the first chocolate layer. Add a second layer of chocolate, or leave them as is. Optional: top with some flakey sea salt!
Let the cups fully chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until fully solid!
