Ingredients

cups
fresh raspberries
blueberries or strawberries work too

tbsp
chia seeds
2
tbsp
pure maple syrup
or honey
Instructions
In a small saucepan, add all ingredients on medium heat. Gently mash the berries as you stir.
Let simmer for about 8 minutes until it starts to have a thicker consistency and look like jam.
Remove from the heat and let cool. The jam will thicken more as it cools. Enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to let your jam cool before using. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
