Gluten-Free Crepe Recipe

Crepes are often thought of as difficult or time consuming to make- but in fact it's the total opposite! These gluten-free crepes are delicious and ready in minutes!

What you need: 

Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour, Eggs, Coconut Oil, Vanilla Extract, and Almond Milk

How To Make Crepes: 

Whisk all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Heat a skillet to high heat with a tiny bit of cooking spray or butter. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Flip when the crepe releases from the pan.

Top with your favorite toppings: 

I filled mine with fresh strawberries and simple homemade "nutella" made from hazeluts, raw cacao powder, and coconut oil.
